למה הוא נותן לי רק שם?

מוגדר לי בקובץ ListAllInformation

ובדוחות הוא כותב לי רק שם ומשפחה ולא כיתה.
הגדרתי את זה

login_add_column_number=all

בשלוחת ההתחברות - השלוחה ששם מכניסים את המספר זהות.
מה יכול להיות?
