RE: המערכת לא זמינה בטלפון וגם באתר
לי יש בעיה דומה.
בטלפון המערכת פועלת כסדרה. אבל באתר הכל ריק, וכתוב תחת הגדרות מתקדמות:
'המערכת לא הופעלה. יש לחייג למערכת ולהפעיל אותה על ידי סיסמת הניהול כדי לתפעל את המערכת דרך האתר. הפעלת המערכת מהווה הסכם לתקנון מערכות IVR.'אבל כשאני מתקשר המערכת פועלת כרגיל, גם שלוחת הניהול.
שלח מייל עם פרטי המערכת לשירות לקוחות.

@אז-נדברו אם זה ככה אני מתנצל מבחינת מבנה הוא תקין אבל למה צריך כל כך הרבה כללים ? אתה יכול להכניס הכול בכללים בודדים

אם הוא ניגש רק לשלוחות האלה והוא לא יכול למחוק או להעתיק מה התכלית שלו ?
הוא יכול להעתיק קבצים בתוך השלוחות האלו.

@אז-נדברו ידידי היקר טוב שציינת שנכתב עם קלוד אבל בתור נציג הניהול כדאי שתבדוק לפני שאתה מפרסם בפומבי הגסון הזה לא יעבוד לו בימות
הכי קל ליצירת גסון זה דרך הממשק להוסיף את הפרמטרים שאתה רוצה דרך חומת האש אם היה לי כוח וזמן הייתי יוצר לו אחד כזה אבל אין ליאתה חושב שאני מפרסם כזה דבר בלי לבדוק אותו לעומק?!
הרצתי עשרות בדיקות עם פרמטרים שונים על מערכת שלי, ולא פירסמתי את הקוד עד שוידאתי שהוא עובד תקין. -

כללי: כל שירותי ה־API פתוחים חוץ מאלה:
- ניהול קבצים (FileAction) והעלאת קבצים (UploadFile): מוגבלים כמו שמפורט בהמשך.
- כתיבת קובצי טקסט (UploadTextFile) ושינוי סוג שלוחה (UpdateExtension): חסומים לגמרי.
השלוחות המורשות:
- רשימה 1: 1/1, 1/3, 1/4, 2/1, 3/1, 8/1. רק השלוחה עצמה, בלי תתי שלוחות.
- רשימה 2: 4, 9/9, כולל כל תתי השלוחות.
העתקת קבצים:
- קבצים בלבד: מותר להעתיק קבצים, לא שלוחות שלמות.
- רק בין השלוחות המורשות: מותר להעתיק רק מהשלוחות המורשות ואליהן.
- יעד בלי שם קובץ: כתובת היעד חייבת להיות שלוחה.
- אין דריסה: אם בשלוחת היעד כבר יש קובץ באותו שם, הוא לא נדרס. העותק מקבל את המספר הפנוי הבא.
- קובץ אחד בכל בקשה: כדי להעתיק כמה קבצים, שולחים בקשה נפרדת לכל קובץ. פרמטרים כמו what0 ו־what1 מוסרים מהבקשה.
מחיקה, העברה ושינוי שם: חסומים בכל השלוחות.
העלאת קבצים:
- רק לשלוחות המורשות: בנתיב ההעלאה כותבים רק את השלוחה, בלי שם קובץ. למשל ivr2:1/1, ולא ivr2:1/1/000.wav.
- פרמטרים בבקשה: בהעלאה רגילה שולחים convertAudio=1 ו־autoNumbering=1, ובקובצי TTS שולחים autoNumbering=1. בקשה עם ערך אחר נחסמת.
- אין דריסה: כל קובץ מקבל מספור אוטומטי. גם עם autoNumbering=0 אי אפשר לדרוס, כי השרת דוחה את הבקשה.
- המרת שמע: קובצי שמע מומרים לפורמט של המערכת כשהבקשה כוללת convertAudio=1. אם הלקוח לא שולח את הפרמטר, ההמרה לא מובטחת.
- קובצי TTS: מותר להעלות גם קובצי טקסט להקראה.
- העלאה בחלקים לא נתמכת: אי אפשר להעלות קבצים גדולים מ־50 MB, כי שלב הסיום של העלאה בחלקים נחסם במפתח מוגבל.
הגנות נוספות:
- .. בנתיב: אי אפשר להשתמש בו כדי לצאת מהשלוחות המורשות, לא בהעלאה ולא בהעתקה.
- כתיבת נתיבים: בלי / אחרי ivr2:, למשל ivr2:1/1/000.wav. נתיב בצורה אחרת לא מתאים לכללים, ולכן נחסם.

אתה רוצה שגם בשלוחות 4 ו9/9 יהי ניתן להעתיק רק קבצים ולא תיקיות, ורק בתוך השלוחות הנ"ל? -

אם אני מבין נכון אתה בעצם רוצה שהכל יהיה פתוח חוץ ממחיקת והעברת קבצים בכל השלוחות.
וכן העתקה והעלאת קבצים תהיה מוגבלת כדלהלן:
ניתן להעתיק קבצים ושלוחות לכל השלוחות רק משלוחות:
1/1, 1/3, 1,4, 2/1, 3/1, 8/1
ובשלוחות הנ"ל יהיה ניתן להעתיק רק קבצים ותיקיות שנמצאים ישירות תחת השלוחת הנ"ל ולא בתתי שלוחות (למרות שמי שרוצה להעתיק תתי שלוחות יכול פשוט להעתיק את השלוחה הראשית אותה אתה הרי מרשה להעתיק),
וכן יהיה ניתן להעתיק לכל השלוחות בקו את כל השלוחות והקבצים שתחת שלוחות 4, 9/9 (כולל תתי שלוחות).
ובשלוחות הנ"ל יהיה אפשר להעלות קבצים ויהיה ניתן להעלותם רק עם מספור אוטומטי כדי שהם לא ידרסו קובץ קיים.הבנתי נכון?

@שלוחה-404 המודל הזה (של פילטר לשלוחה לפי API) עובד בכלל, משום מה הוא תמיד נכנס לי לשלוחה
שלח על כך מייל לשירות לקוחות.

כמו שאני יכול לעשות רשימה שחורה לחיוג למערכת למה שלא יהיה רשימה שחורה ל SMS ?מוזמן לשלם על הפיתוח של זה. (מתחיל ב2,000 ₪)

אכן זה באמת לא פורום חברי אבל צריך את זה אם שני שותפים בקו רוצים להנהל בועידה במקום שיפתחו נושא וישגעו את המוח שיהיה צ'אט

תוכל להירשם בשירות לקוחות לשירות קבלת ההודעות למייל (בתשלום שנתי של 120 + מע"מ), ואח"כ ליצור מסנן במייל של הודעות שיעברו אוטומטית לאשפה.

@אז-נדברו באג חדש לא שומעים את הדקות שיחה דרך שלוחת הניהול בימות הוא כל הזמן עושה מתעדכן פעם בשעה דקות להיום 0 לחודש 0 במקום שזה יטמר באמת כמה דקות שיחה יש
הבאג קיים רק במערכות בשרת החדש (ymx). הועבר לטיפול.

עדיין לא בדקתי אם routing_your_id כן נלקח בחשבון כשמשתמשים ב-routing= (חיוג למספר חוץ רגיל, לא מערכת ימות) - יכול להיות שההתנהגות שונה שם.
האם יש למישהו דרך להשיג את זה - הצגת מזוהה מותאם אישית יחד עם יעד חיוג דינמי מתגובת שלוחת API?
ניתן בהחלט לשלוח כל זיהוי מאושר במודל ראוטינג, רק לא ניתן להוסיף ספרות לפני הזיהוי רק אחריו.
