American date

Hi.
It's possible to change a hole system to American date?
I want to Schedule recordings, but it works with Israel date.
Also I want to set a good morning good afternoon and good night recording, but it works with the Israel time.

Set the ivr.ini file in the main branch to

loc=US/NY/New_York

You can change it as you wish according to the following values:
